Meet Dr. Tori Hudson, N.D.

Decades of clinical experience dedicated to women’s health.

Dr. Tori Hudson has dedicated her life to advancing women’s health through clinical care, education, research, and leadership. Since graduating from the National University of Natural Medicine in 1984, she has shaped every corner of the profession: as Medical Director, academic and clinical faculty, and currently adjunct faculty at the top naturopathic and integrative medicine institutions across North America.

Her motivation has always been simple: “How can I help more women, more of the time?”

Over four plus decades, she has witnessed naturopathic medicine evolve from tradition-rooted herbalism to evidence-informed, integrative care. Her work has helped bring that evolution forward, integrating conventional diagnostics with functional testing, conventional medicine with natural medicine, and research with lived clinical experience.

Dr. Hudson is the founder or co-founder of four influential organizations: A Woman’s Time clinic, the Institute of Women’s Health & Integrative Medicine, NERC (a national nonprofit for accredited naturopathic residencies), and Vitanica, a women’s health supplement line formulated using traditional herbal and nutritional practices, scientific evidence, and clinical experience rather than marketing trends.
